About Villa Romantic:
Villa Romantic is situated on the southwest side of Corfu island, approximately 22km from Corfu town centre and the airport. The nearest village of Agios Matheos is no more than 2km away. In Paramonas beach, 700m from the villa, you will find a mini market and 4 or 5 Tavernas which offer good fresh fish and other delicious local dishes. The villa is completely private, in a very quiet area, with panoramic sea views and within easy reach of the wonderful Paramonas beach.

Luxury villa within a large garden with private swimming pool - 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, large living room-kitchen, fully air conditioned, Sat-TV, Tel/Fax, washing-machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc., large terrace with sea view, sleeps a maximum of 6-8 persons.
The luxurious private Villa Romantic (145sqm, sleeps 6-8 persons) with private swimming pool (65sqm), is situated on the hills above the wonderful and quiet area of Paramonas beach (approximately 700m away), within a large garden of olive trees and cypresses.
The villa was built at the end of 2002 in Bungalow style and consists of one double bedroom 17 sqm with WC/bath, Sat-TV, air conditioning, large balcony 11,5 sqm with sea view, one twin bedroom 16 sqm, WC/shower, Sat-TV, air conditioning, large balcony 11 sqm with sea view, upstairs one twin bedroom 15 sqm with large balcony 33 sqm + sea view, living room/kitchen 45 sqm, Sat-TV, Air conditioning, Tel./Fax, large balcony with sea view downstairs. In the garden there is a BBQ area with a romantic sitting corner where you can enjoy quiet evenings. In the swimming pool area you will find sun beds and umbrellas with views to the sea, a little further on there is a small play corner for the children and on the other side of the garden is the parking area.
Further Details
Cleaning service offered is a minimum of 3 times a week but a more frequent service is available by prior er arrangement.

Watersports such as water-skiing, paraflying and a diving school are available approximately 6km away at Agios Gordis beach. With regard to the excursions, car rental, diving and sailing, we recommend that you n contact us in the first instance.
