The founders of the Capsis Hotels chain were Thanos and Marika Capsis, two persons that left their own personal mark on the history of Greek hospitality. One generation after, all members of Capsis "hotel family" co-ordinate their every move, so as to make sure that respect to tradition and to the values of their "teachers" is preserved.
